Great. Really helps posture and gives support to back. Personally, I won't wear it as an outside garment, which requires a T-shirt and another shirt to cover the support, but a person could if they didn't mind it being seen. fair price. Durable.

I would recommend this to anyone with poor posture. It is well-made and adjustable. I noticed a difference in my posture right away.

Let's be honest, I was 'hoping' the medium would fit tight at first (until I got back to work), but it would not quite fasten around my middle. Jeans size are not an indicator of size needed here. Go a size up.Not easy to put on the first couple of times; the back straps are a little tricky.Overall a good product that will probably last.

Mild Scoliosis and aging have caused a loss of 2” in height and some discomfort with extended sitting during car rides or on an airplane. I used to do fitness training and also stressed good posture, technique and balance. This brace was purchased as reinforcement of posture and support while traveling. I read the reviews and I should have gotten a small as I had originally planned and not a medium. I really had to bind the Velcro attachments to make it fit. I would say that it runs true to size. I’m 63 approx 5’5 and 27” waist. I find the material comfortable, breathable and designed well. I also had a same day delivery which was an added bonus. I’ll definitely use this and I’m happy with the purchase.
